How can a guy test if both fuel injectors are operating correctly? I have to max out my fuel setting on my red and Blue Green to get it to run in the 12 afr area. I was thinking the best way is to install a Koso temp gauge into Y pipe to keep an eye if both are running approx the same temps.
 
IT seems like something else is amis.

if they were off enough that you had to max one out to compensate and get an average 12 afr one side would be smoked. just go take a decent WOT pull and kill it and check plugs. thats a lot cheaper and faster then the koso.

sounds more like a failing fuel pump. if you are maxing out green blue that is a LOT of extra fuel thru the secondaries that you shouldnt have to add, again, sounds more like a lack of fuel psi resulting in a need for super high duty cycle.
 
Mine was doing something similar to that. Couldn't get a wot pull though because it was cutting out too much. One injector the wires rubbed through and were shorting out. Fixed that and the sled still would cut out from time to time. Pretty sure this is my problem: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SWkxn6oAIrE (make sure you can hear it) but I had safe afrs for the most part, pump is pumping good, but not sure what's going on with the pickups. Could be your problem too.

Thanks for posting that vidieo, should be a easy fix unless your pump intake is cracked.
 
His numbers are higher than others because he has he RK Tek kit in it. As long as it runs good dont worry about where the numbers end up.
