Just wanted to take a minute and send a quick shout to Toby at Rocky Mountain Snow MX. I have been doing business with Toby for about three years now and the service has always been top shelf. Toby has always gone above and beyond when it comes to knowledge of the industry, products, sales and set up/instillation. In my experience, quality customer service is a tough thing to come by anymore, so it's refreshing to see that some companies still stand behind their word and believe in what they do.
Toby has always returned my calls and has taken the time to provide insight during my builds. Recently, I had a new part show up that appeared to be used when I opened it up. Toby contacted the company who made the item immediately and made sure that everything got handled and that I was taken care of.
I would definitely recommend Rocky Mountain Snow MX to any other bikers out there who are looking to set up their bikes this winter.
