Have a pair of Klim bibs that I've had for 5 or 6 season of hard use. Couple weeks ago one of the leg zippers came off. Also had two snaps that were broken. So I sent them in for repair. Klim repaired both snaps and put on a new zipper and shipped them back to me at no charge. Excellent customer service and warrant repair. Thank you Klim, great products.

I'm still wearing my Klim coat from 2002! Still in good shape and still waterproofish. Just treated/washed it with Nikwax products and it really worked making it waterproof again.

I had a pair of bib pants and boots that were leaking at the end of last year and I called and spoke to a very nice lady at Klim
She gave me an RGA # and I shipped both boots and bib pants back and 3 weeks later a brand new set of boots and bib pants are at my door
I always loved there product and I am so satisfied I will always buy Klim or promote were I can

I had a glove issue,Klim got back to me and shipped a replacement pair in less then 24 hours!Klim customer for life!
Just finished with correspondence with them on a pair of gloves I sent in for repair. Long story short.....had a pair of gloves that needed some sewing done on the inside. I received an email and they said they were basically have an issue with getting them repaired to an appropriate level, so presto.......NEW GLOVES !!!

Ive had both good and bad with them.....boots were leaking and getting soaked after day of riding, sent them in and got a free new pair! Awesome
Had a very small tear in 1yr old klim coat, about 1/2 inch tear. No biggie called to see how much it would cost to fix coat since its not a warranty issue. Sent them pictures yada yada....responded with 190$ to repair coat
....bought the coat for 250$. How the heck does it cost 190 to fix a small tear?? Needless to say i didn't send coat to them for repair
