Shockwave helix

shockwave

now that we have had some time on the snow, what is working the best, straight, reverse angel. what is working the best. i think the shockwave is the helix to have. the best of everything, this is the one thing i will keep when i change my sleds. just going to put it in my wifes 146 i have it in my 154 now, just have to get the clutching better, both are 08s

How are the rollers holding up? Any reported failures or inspection of rollers after some hard miles? I know I didn't like what I saw after a few short rides, hopefully they are holding up for people.

This is what I've been wondering. Reverse angle seems so contradictory to what should work.
Any input?

have about 400 miles on mine and had it apart cking the rollers and they look great---the reverse progressive angle ramps are wider than the straight---havent cked any regular progressive ramps--we have several sleds running the reverse , from piped sleds to big bores to stock 08's and ALL work great--rode cooke in good snow this weekend and dropped the angle just a little and it ran 8100-8200 all day---great tuning device--

The rollers take an initial set (obvious mark)...but then I havent seen anything past that...1000+ miles on several kits...I believe its "normal"...doesnt damage anything or cause premature wear...BJ

162 power claw, 7t 3p drivers,21/45, stock exhaust, 40-1 pre mix, ecm reflash, 10.73 gr. 130/260, 441. and waiting for jaws twins.

wow that's crazy light weight in the primary, seems to be working tho if your getting that kind of track speed.
Wht was the reflash? timing curve and power valve adjustment?
