I have Yamaha shock covers on my RX-1 but they are faded out and they started to fray at the ends after one season. I bought a set of the red flames from http://www.shockpros.com/ for the wife's .05 900 RMK. They are holding up alot better.

No need to cover up what you are going to wreck any way !!!!!!!!!Maybe for the SKI DOO fans they will come out with a full hard shell body cover so you don't wreck everything at once.......Sorry it's hard to catch a MANGEEEEEEE CAT.........

I also ran the SkiDoo "Bloomers" on my sled for a couple years but found no real reason for them. Took 'em off.


Bling I guess.

Those are gone now, the stock seat has been replaced with a Boss Hi-Rise and all the decals except the side "SKIDOO Summit" are gone too.

If you are looking for the nicest shock covers on the Market you have to go with the Skinz. I've used them for the past 3 years and love them. Neoprene foam upper closure and elastic bottom with a full velcro down the side. Comes in just about any color you want.

I got some used ones...some kid up in AK didn't need them any more. He kept trying to pawn off a windshield bag too but said it had some odors. So I didn't bite. Said he was probably going to get some new ones from his sponshurs.

They are but, I don't have to worry about pine cones or their big brothers. Had there been a doo or mate (M8) under the RX-1 for traction; I would have kept going after snapping this tree off.
