Winter is here and kicking my a++. 8' at 7000 ft. Riding this weeked.

Winter is here and kicking my a++. 8' at 7000 ft. Riding this weeked.

Big day yesterday. 8 feet fresh and the sun hit areas were able to stay on top however the shady side DEEP !Has anyone done the calcalation to see how far down a 174 will be when burried, I only had a 8 feet tape with me so I never did get an accurate read,Perhaps Sean can chime in!

At 9500 feet we had pits dug and 8 feet, Yes after three days of sunshine and temps in the 50,s the super light powder settled down to about 4 feet ,The oficial storm total was 45 inches at 5500 feet, seen at te county snow gauge and Cal trans

Its f**king deep......... I need a dam helicoptor for this stuff. There is a solid 6'-7' Base. At one time I was buried to my neck literlaly....or was it seven times?????

All in all good rideing. Who cares how much there is. Best snow I have had in 5 years.

Great ride on Fri. out of Tamarack. Best snow I've seen in a while. Arms and back are sore from digging us all out. Unfortunately its raining @ 7000' now, at least we got it when it was goood!!

Yah! Actually you did ok for what you had centered between your legs. Amazeing the differance between Nitro in stock form to the full Mod Turbo Nitro!.The Turbo had the best hill climb of the day,Hands down

Well no where near there 2'-3' Of new snow they predicted. 14" of new snow will work. Heading out Tuesday for one of the last few rides. Before heading to mammoth.
