is there a base down there yet? want to come down for the weekend, hoping some of the fresh has set up! anyone in the know...

Road out of Pilgrim Creek and up to Ash Creek Butte on Saturday, had plenty to ride on. The snow down low was wet and heavy (I'm sure even more so after this warm storm came through) but the stuff up high in the crater was great.

catfreak, only thing that could keep me away would be knowing you were there;) think i may have gotten a pm from him. things look very promising...

Haven't talked to anyone who has ridden out of Deer Mtn this week.

Check www.snowcrest.net/mssc and click the conditions tab. Our club president updates the website as she gets info.

Storm tonight is supposed to get down to 4000'.:D

am worried about the high temps for the weekend, just checked the weather and thier showing highs in the 40-50's for sat and sun:( with a 60% chance of rain don't know what to do...

Forecast is cloudy on Sat and rain on Sunday. Looks like snow levels will be around deer mtn sno park elevation on Sunday.

Long trip to make to ride in flat light and bad weather. Just my .02

We rode Deer Mt. on Friday and the snow above 6k was fine. The rest sucked and was hard as hell. It's a little late for the weekend riders but they groomed that day. Pics to follow.

Ran into a group that came from Deer Mtn on Saturday at Jack Rabbit Flats and they said they found 3' of fresh on north facing hills on top of Whaleback.

The snow was terrible on Ash Creek Butte but it got better the farther we went east.

It was definitely better east. Makes me wonder how Medicine Lake is, 3' any place in that area is hard to believe. Kale Friday must have been a hooky day because we parked in the last open spot in the lot's.
