Shaeffer Synthetic Oil

Does anyone out there use shaeffers synthetic two cycle oil on a machine with power valves? If so, how good is it? Do you have problems with the valves? In a 5 gallon pal it is only around $17 a gallon. I have used it for years but on engines without the power valves. Thanks!

I have been burning it in all our Polaris sleds, my CR, Demo saw, chainsaw, and whatever other 2 smokes for a few years now and haven't had any failures at all. Haven't noticed that the valves are getting gummed up at all either.

I checked Schaeffers website. Use in engines with power valves or rotary valves is not recommended. Not sure why. I've got no dog in this hunt. Just sayin.......

On the bottle it says ok with Valves????? I am going to have to call...

Awesome oil

Been running it for 2 years It is great oil and way cheaper then any other class 3 oil Have run it on ski doo moter big bores
