setup help

I am an avid mountain snowmobiler but I am new to snowbiking. Lifetime of bike and sled riding and have a 2015 KTM 450 xcw for dirt. Just picked up a leftover 2016 KTM450 SXF which I want to set up and leave for snow. I have a used 2014 Timbersled 121 kit to put on it, but it did not come with the bushings or chain. Can someone help me figure out which fit kit to buy, or if there is a dealer that would sell me the right parts and help get the right parts, chain, and instructions, that would be great too. Any other ideas/pointers for this bike and setup would be greatly appreciated!

Instructions and fit kit on timbersled site.
Can't remember what the concensus is on the chain, but I'm using o-ring, and no issues.
You may run into a small problem with ski spindle previous mount holes, but that's easy fix.
Do a search here for all the other mods you need to do.

520 oring chain is the way to go. If you can find a chain that is 130 links you can cut it and use part for between the bike and timbersled, and the rest you can use to replace the one in the chaincase. It is probably worth replacing it at this time.
