servicing my clutchs

I am going to service my clutchs on my 2003 summit and i am wondering if i should lube all the moving parts. Or are you to put back together dry, if lube is to be used what lube.THANKS

I would not use any lube. If you lube it, it attract the belt dust which is abrassive. just make sure it is super clean and it will glide like on marbles.

Absolutely no no lube

Used scotch bright pads with electric terminal cleaner on clutch faces no residue ,also no lube will only cause build up and if lube gets on the belt kiss it goodbye , and several hours cleaning out embedded lube in the aluminum pores ,the belt dust acts like a friction reducer .clutches should be gone through every year starting HOPEFULLY WAY BEFORE THE SNOW HITS .
