I have heard of people running other tracks backwards, but not the series IV. Tried the Snowest search and found nothing. They look like they would run better reversed, they always fold over a little. Anybody done this?
After working for a track maker, I can tell you that very few tracks are built to be run backwards. The way the cording and rubbers are laid up before vulcanizing makes them quite strong, but they can delaminate slowly if they are run backwards. I've seen first hand what happens when they rip apart.
There are a few tracks, like Attack 20's if I remember correctly that were made to run either way.
