Secondary sheave bushing=toast

I've got a bad bushing on the movable sheave(10") of the secondary in my '05 M7. Cat doesn't seem to list a replacement so what does a guy have to do? Order another sheave...Assuming that a new movable 10" sheave comes with a bushing installed?

You can get the bushing at browns leisure world just changed my 06 had a machine shop do it they removed old bushing installed new cleaned up the stationary stub and then machined new bushing to accept stationary stub charged me $80 part was 23 something.

Why did the bushing have to be machined? Is is a different inside diameter or something?

i know on the M8 if you by the sheave it comes with the bushing installed.

Yes it is a little smaller inside diameter.
