I put on a new belt the other day, and adjusted the belt tension so it was to the point of squealing, but the belt was cold at the time. So once it warms up it's squealing again. So I need to loosen it up just a bit. But yesterday while my belt was to tight, I noticed that after a high speed WOT run down the trail, the secondary clutch will grind once I let off the throttle. I then just blurp it a few times and it will stop. Feels like the belt is feeding it's way to deep into the secondary, and doesn't want to come back out after I let out. Is this because the belt is a bit to tight? I thought at first I had possibly broken the spring, but it works just like normal in the trees and at lower speeds. Still has it's snap, so I ruled that out right away. I won't have time to work on it till possibly next weekend, so I thought I would check here and see what you guys think. So I know what to look for once I go to look into it. Is it simply a belt tension issue or is there more to it?
Thanks in advance.
