He needs to have another one! The BIG ONE!!! That way tax payers dollars don't have to pay for his incarceration.

He was involved in the theft and trafficking of stolen snowmobile merchandise he didn't shoot up a school. I don't think death really fits the crime :face-icon-small-dis

You don't know how big of a crook he is, has been his whole life. Has a big record been caught and convicted multiple times. People have been shot for way less...

I get it. I'm not a fan of people that steal from others either. I was just saying I don't think death fits the crime. He has a wife and two young children who still call him Dad. He will do the time and pay restitution. Hopefully he changes his ways.

When Sean first got out of jail the first time from this he called a friend of mine that had bought a backpack from him and hadn't totally paid for it in full, he said dude you still owe me $300 for that backpack. Sean won't ever learn and I've known Katrina longer than he has and it's not like she doesn't know what he does. He's been the biggest Crook in Washington for along time.

It is time for a change, reinstate the death penalty!

For some even the death penalty is too light. Our society as a whole would be better served to reinstate the death penalty for anything that rates more than a mistomeanor. IMO

No need for tax dollars spent on prisons, and the people would think long and hard before straying outside the lines of civil society.

Fricken Liberals be Damned!

We have gotten way too soft over the generations. There is NO Justice anymore! Criminals have more rights / benefits than the law abiding citizens do. We have lived to see a very sad era in our lifetime and no sign of it getting any better with the political machine of today.

Rant over, that's my take FWIW

couldn't agree more

Ok, but seeing as how we already pretty regularly jail, and even execute innocent people with limited death penalty use, how many innocent people are acceptable to be put to death each year so we can use the death penalty more readily? Does that number change when one of those innocent people is your dad/brother/son? Or even you? You're ok if you are put to death for someone else's crime just so there is punishment and "justice"? Or is that only ok when it's people you don't know?

You've never commited more than a misdemeanor? I would bet 95+% of people on this site have commited more than a misdemeanor offense within the last month, most of us do it daily (myself included) usually without even knowing it.

Remember, breaking the law doesn't make you a bad person since what is legal is not always moral, and what's moral is not always legal.

With modern forensic science that percentage should be far closer to zero innocent.

As far as me, I have a tendency to view the speed limit as a minimum, so I drive too fast but other than that my conscious is clean and yes if I were to stray outside the drawn line of civilized society then I'm fine with paying the price.

I've always taken the high road in life and been brutally honest with myself and my peers. I could have done things different and been in a better position financially but my "conscious is clean" in that "I never screwed over anybody to get where I am".

You should educate yourself. It costs way more to put someone to death than to incarcerate them for their whole life.

I'm aware of that fact "Under the current system", but it needn't remain that way. It did not cost anything back in the pioneer days when we were hanging outlaws and other undesirables. Most of the time the good citizens donated the rope and lumber as well as their time to construct it. And watching it was both entertaining and a good reminder of which side of the law one should stay on.
