sealer for sled deck plywood?

I just bought a used sled deck and the plywood is in ok condition, but needs some kind of sealer coating to make it better. Any suggestions on what product to use? Thanks.....

Someone told me that Tremclad paint works great on decks. Haven't tried it yet myself, but plan on it when the time comes.

I've used Thompsons water seal with good results. Sprinkle some sand on it before it dries or you'll be sorry!

I used marine grade plywood and thompsons water seal with the sand. I know you just want to put sealer on but if you upgrade to marine grade plywood it would last for a long long time. just my .02

replace the wood with the thickest green treat, pressure treated plywood you can get and leave it alone. I think you can get it in 5/8", maybe 3/4". If you're talking about a trailer, put plastic runners and track mat and you'll never have to mess with it again. I know all that sounds expensive but you'll have zero maintenance for a long time. I did all this like five years ago on my trailer and the thing still looks brand new. And it sits outside 365. I think the plywood is pretty inexpensive really. I used old tracks for traction mat too. It's the runners that will cost you. I heard you can get ski runners at Murdochs though for super cheap.

I had an open trailer with a ply-wood floor. It was 4 years old when I bought it and I coated the floor with 2 part epoxy floor coating. I mixed in a bunch of silica sand. Worked great, after another 4 years I just did a little touch up work to it with the same product and sold it for top dollar. Eric

I used carpet. indoor outdoor with a water proof glue. carbides don't hurt it, not slick so you won't kill your self. Nothing lasts forever but it did very well.

Same thing I was talking about and you can get it in 3/4. The plywood runs around $60 a sheet around MT, and i cut up an old bed liner I got for the ski runners. Works really slick.
