Should we tell Boondock that we rejetted his sled? lol

lol Crazy the jets were that different between the two sleds!! Interested to see how big if a difference it will make, hope the mid range is cleared up but I think the needles will have to be dropped. Don't want to burn anything down thats for sure!

Thanks for playing with the sleds :beer;:D

There is no way I was going to drop the needles after dropping the jets as far as I did.

Nah I thinks we must be getting old because its become a little "rustic" for us. Nice spot for lunch though.

There is something to be said about being able to take a hot shower at the end of each day.

It sure has a great base and will make for another fantastic year.

How was the grand lake trip? Any carnage with the new riders...

we bailed on GL. I couldn't resist the snow fall up at ears so thats where we went... Newbs had their first stuck 5 seconds into pulling off the high way into MC lot. Jack-knifed trailer, stuck vehicle... Funny stuff all day. It's been a while since I rode with brand new riders. I thought they had a miserable day but they loved it.

Anyways, after a couple of hours we got up the trail and there was some deep areas. only found one good land mine all day. nothing like what you guys got into, but decent..

Thanks for all the great visuals of what I've been missing:face-icon-small-dis The man has been bringin me down, but after tomorrow, finally some time off:D

The WC snotel precip went from 11" to 17" in a week. 6' of snow in a week. you guys are stoked! Think I'll become an "ad hoc" member of the SCC:face-icon-small-win RoadTrip! Well, maybe after a few more break in miles....

That big azz mtn in the BG looks intriguing:eek: can you ride it?

Sweet video man!!

you loafers are killin' me....starting the 30th i am joining the ranks. trailer is pretty ready, just have to take a day or so to ready the new sled. need to get in a couple break in rides, then time for the real thing. whenever i am out of town, it snows like a mutha......merry christmas boys. p.s............less advertising would be a good thing ;-)

I have the new years w/e off and I'll be itching to ride. I don't worry about the advertising too much, not too many peeps up north are willing to drive that far south when there is so much great riding closer to Denver.

I was expecting it to be wilderness or something... Nice to hear if you want to kill yourself there's legal place to do it. lol

Haha, there are quite a few places to get really stupid if you wanted to. My berries shrink when looking at some of those mtns.

Thanks B, the Youtube be jammin.

He!!, RE gets 100 rigs a day, yet I rarely see another sled a 1/2 mile off the trail:D Plenty for everyone and the couple feet of new snow every week makes everything new again.:D Actually I kinda like to see them hills get beat down and pounded. We need that kind of action with this poor base we're facing this year.

Maybe we could get some state funding to make the mountains more secure!

We will pack the snow down by sledding up and down the hills all at the taxpayers expense of course. :beer;

if i'm on the trip......i'll pack, then we will bill it to the federal air marshall's.
