I drive through bountifull every day. I can stop and check it out for you. I dont know much about turbos but I can tell you if any of the parts look worn or not right.

that just seems too cheap. if all the parts are there, it may be stolen.

I am not going to bother with it but someone in Utah may have found a smokin deal, almost too good to be true.
