SBA convertion into RMK?

Hey Guys,
Im riding a 2012 Switchback Assault 800. I rode a buddies 2013 Pro RMK and I LOVED it! I want to get my front end that narrow. I want to be able to toss my SBA around the same way as the RMK. Is it even possible put the A-Arms on the SBA off the RMK? What else would I have to change? Steering rod? I also notice that the RMK has way less wheels in the skid. Can I Delete the same wheels and run the same wheel configuration?
Im hoping someone has done this before and knows what it all takes to do so. Any info on aftermarket parts I can and should use would be great!
Thanks.

Sell it and buy an RMK would be the best advice.

There's many differences.
Rear skid
Front end
Shocks
Steering hoop/toe holds
Steering linkage
Skis
Seat
Belt drive
Cooling
Running boards
And im sure much more

Sure you can stretch it and narrow it up but it still wont be an RMK

Sell yours, take the money you were gonna spend upgrading it and get the real deal.

Aftermarket zbroz or alt impact a arms. fox floats. You can pick up a pro skid on ebay for $500.

This is the best advice. Add in clutching and track. And most importantly, to me any way, is the steering post position in the over structure. This completely changes rider position and is critical to get the same "feel"

Sounds like throwing $$ at something that will not bring the desired result other than a big chunk of $$ spent. Each is purpose built with a different riding style.

I would love to narrow up my front end to liken it to an rmk . Leave the rest as is. But I don't want to drop 2000 to do it. I wish they made a 144" rmk 800 . I would have bought that right up .

looking to do the same to mine. I have RMK seat, Gripper skis, 2"track, 40/22 gearing, Air Frames, and a crap load of other things done to it to make it perfect for my east coast mountain and deep lake effect snow area riding. I like the front cooler on the SBA 144 too. Anyway, back to original question as to what is needed, i saw this post which helps.

Do a google search and you will find quite a few threads from other forums too.

Sell it and buy an RMK is good advice. It is going to be hard to sell after you do the mods. It will never be an RMK and the SBA guys won't want it.
I put gripper skis, B&M boards, and a 146 Camo Extreme track on my SBA. Soften up the front shocks and it pulls over real easy. Real happy with the way it works in the hills.
