I'm looking for a recipe.. a buddy of mine a couple years back had some blueberry and wild rice salami made out of deer.. It sound'd horrible but was actually pretty good.. He had it made at a lockerplant back in MN somewhere, whoever they closed down..
Anybody have one.. I've been making sausage for years and years at my families lockerplants.. and have been modifying some of our recipies for experiment with no luck..
