Sad News

I met Rory at the Edmonton sled show this past season, their booth was right across from mine, We had fun throwing things at each other to fight the boredom. I swung some vids his way and we yakked about sledding. HELL of a nice guy, and really knew his stuff when it came to mods. He will be sorrowly missed by everyone, RIP Rory, taken from us so young.

Been hearing more and more about Rhino roll overs, injuries and more lately.

I just heard about this. Rory was one of the best sled modders out there.
I went to his shop all the time to buy the odd part and his oil and say hi..

I was told that some friends of his might take over the business and keep on. That would be a good thing.

Real sad news

Sorry to here the news, a real shame! My condolences to his family.
I met him in trout lake a couple of years ago , A real nice guy, he will be sadly missed.

First of all big hugs to Mel and Rory's family. I had the pleasure of meeting Rory this last winter as I started dealing with him for after market sled parts. He set me up good with tunnel, track, alloy-wheels and other accessories. It was nice in the fact that when dealing with him it wasn't like dealer-customer relationship but fellow brother/sledder. I had troubles putting stuff together and spent time on the phone with him working it out. Was going to try and line up with him and the boys for a revy trip this next year. It's very sad to get news like this and to know that there are families grieving over such a loss. I wish there was a way to take the pain away for them. I send my prayers to all who were close with him. Rest in peace Rory and may God have a modified place in heaven for U. Thanks again R.I.P.....slediot
