Thanks to Mark at mountain express turbo. the bypass for the throttle is a switch that comes off the center of the carbs by the idle screw. follow it to the right side frame rail, unplug the two wire bullet style connectors, and on the harness side plug them into each other, that bypasses the switch. in case your carbs or cable sticks wide open it will do a rev cut-out so you don't crash and burn.
Except that wasn't it!! Mark Heard it over the phone and I told him the air box was off, he said it would pop and spit and he was right! WOW this thing won't run without an airbox!! thanks Mark and to everyone else.
