Recieved my new lower arm from holz. Went to replace the damaged one and notice there is a collar that can not slide because of damage.
Any easy ways of removal other than cutting the arm out?

There is a collar (shaft) on both sides, the bulkhead and the knuckle. I'm assuming you are talking the steering knuckle side, I have to cut mine out as the shaft the bolt runs through was bent. I have replaced others that just required pounding out with a hammer and chisel, justy had slight bends.

Yeah, I just got done disassembling my Apex frt susp. with a sawsall. I too have Holz a-arms and am quite impressed with their strength. Arm was ripped out of bulkhead and spindle mounting bolts were bent. Few hours on the lathe building new bushings and replacing bolts and I'm ready to go!
