Running power commander with stock pipe ?'s

I have a slp can for a stock polaris pipe and the slp blue pink and black purple and was thinking of adding a power commander and slp intake, kind of a step below stage 2 slp kit.

Any thoughts on this setup or anyone running something similiar? Can i run a power commander with the stock pipe or is that slp pipe really make the difference?

You could I guess and just take out 2-3% fuel on the top...but the money would be better spent elsewhere at the stage you are at IMO.

IQ: im open for suggestions. whats your thought for dumping a couple hundred at it?

There are better mod's to "dump a couple hundred" into before I would mess with a PCV on a stock machine. Carl's Clutching would be a great start, PAR head would be another. JMHO.
