Running boards to KK?

Fastlane are best from what I've seen. I own both cutler and betterboards, my mistake for not going with fastlane.

CPC is the only one that I have seen that has all the rivet holes pre-drilled and holes drilled for all the rivets that it covers up. They fit great and stiffen the board quite a bit over stock. You may be able to see mine in the tunnel mod thread.

Also, have them powder coated before you install them. The snow sticks to them pretty good. If you have them coated the snow just cant stick. It is worth every penny.

I have the powder coated cutlers on one of my 1M's, they a far better than the betterboards ( total waste of money) but still fall well short of the fastlane for keeping clean. Foot traction is good on the cutlers and fastlanes, the betterboards are always so built up with snow you have no foot traction.

The running boards don't lose any strength with the plastic Fastlane's. They're a really strong plastic. I'm 190 lbs with gear and I can stand with both feet on one side and the flex isn't any worse than stock. I've been really happy with them.

Snow does not stick to them at all.

Here is the updated version of our 1M or King boards. HUGELY IMPROVED! Compared heads up against any that are previously mentioned and we went from worst to FIRST on this particular model.

I'm probably going with the CPC boards if most of the others dont even bother to atleast countersink where the boards sit on top of the existing rivets. That just sounds like sloppy, lazy design. The new boards would sit up 1/8th of an inch?

Fastlane-
"By using a high strength, low temp, impact resistant plastic, we have developed the first running board insert that resists buildup while strengthening the running board"
I cant believe that uhmw or whatever plastic is going to add much stiffness at all. Plus they dont have the teeth for grip, just studs or bolts or some ****.
