Kevin, Powdercrew.......how you guys doing out there. I know you've gotten more snow than the west coast lately. Feel like sharing some info?

Thanks!

Plenty of snow...all up high. But its OK because we have a road to 8500'! Make the trip...you won't be disappointed! (Do a Facebook search for elkosledheads for lots of pics!)

Hey Kidwoo, I think I saw you at Sonora on Saturday (I recognized your hood). We were in a group of ten that went by you late in the day just above the summit of the HWY by all the green and red gates. I was on the all black Proclimb. I saw your sled and couldn't put a name or place on it, but I knew it looked familiar. I just saw you avatar and put it all together LOL.

Yeah man I think I recognized you as "the only proclimb in the posse". You guys had quite a crew out there.

We were skiing off that saddle over to one of the little shots that faces the highway. We saw a fun little pass in the elevator chute with someone coming back down with someone else climbing.......we figured that was you guys. That looked interesting.

I saw that thread on WCS. I knew there couldn't possibly be that many people out there without some pics.

It was nice to get a little taste of winter in this hellscape we're calling a 'season'.

Wanna go to Elko? :D

I won't be around the rubies for at least 3 weeks. Be riding this Mon/Tues up there, then a week of work, a week in Idaho and another week of work...then down to cali for my daughter...then back in the rubies on a Mon/Tues.

2+ feet forecasted this Friday/Saturday in the Rubies!!! man I hope Utah gets some of that, I need one more powder day!

It should be another awesome weekend in the Rubies. We should have another month of riding if someone will kindly excavate a one lane road through the avalanches. The big avy at the outhouse should extend the season a bit as we will be able to access the snow a little later than normal.

I just returned from a trip up the mountain, about 4" of fresh and snowing 2" to 3" per hour when I left with zero visibility. Tomorrow might be a great day to be on the hill if the clouds slack off a bit.
