RT 1000 with a 174"?

Anybody running a 174" under an RT 1000? Or Simmons Gen II ski's?

How do you like it/them?

A friend runs the simmons Gen2's on his and absolutely loves them. I beleive that with the heavier front end of the RT the Gen 2 ski would be the best ski, provide more floatation and take some of the choppyness and diving out of it, something I never like about the RT. That was the only ski I didn't get to try on my RT's, wish I would have. The Yammie guys run them

I know a couple guys in BC running the 174 on their RT's and those things absolutely rip. Some of the best running RT's there are.

haven't ran the ski my self but ride with guys that have them on a cat hcr and xps they say there the best skis the have ran.

I ran a set of Gen 2s most of last year of last year on my RT1, they were absolutely great skis for that heavy front end. The only reason I took mine off was because my buddies and I spend almost all our time in rediculously tight trees, and the extra couple inches of width was getting me stuck in places my buds could squeeze through.
