I have 1 set left.
They sure look the same to me, except Burandt must prefer the white bar pad with black writing.

Just so you guys are aware, RSI's website is not very secure. They should be taking your CC in a secure way. I could be wrong but it doesn't seem as though they are. No HTTPS URL's on that site. I did buy bars at the snow show from them though.

I like how my protapers feel just like my dirt bike, but do you guys really like the lower bend. Only got one ride in on the new sled and going to wait a few more rides before swaping them out. I understand the concept from watching the videos and listening to the masters of the sport. But as anything there is marketing of some products that may not be really needed.

I'm going to ask a totally stupid question but these bars compared to the stock bar on the pro what does it change. Does it provide a wider grip, if so, by how much, what's the stock measurement? The RSI bar, say the 5" with no riser compared to the stock bar with no riser, how much does it lower the height?
5" RSI will be 2" lower than the Pro Taper. I'm not sure if it's wider, I don't think it is. The sweep is different. (The RSI sweeps upwards a bit more)
Note that I don't own RSI bars, this is just what I've picked up from reading about them.

Sounds like someones jealous. When you become one of the best snowmobilers in the world you can do the same...good luck...
He is exactly right but burandt does know what he is talking about. Talked to him a handful of times and he is a great guy. Just because burandt does it doesn't mean it is set in stone for others. I bought a set because the bars are too tall and I knew they were 2 inches shorter. Got my wife a set that were 3 inches shorter, last year,

Very true on the turd theory. Us and Chris have been personal friends since back in the early days. We have always supported him with every effort from ramp tricks to where he is now. We make his snowmobile feel better so he can ride better. This relationship has nothing to do with $$$$$ but reality is nobody rides for free...
If I had a bar named after me, I would hope for at least 8"....5" might leave me feeling a little "insecure".
