can they run at 9000 rpms with out any problems?
some one told me there sled pulls 9000 rpms all day

There sled wouldnt be a pro rmk.. you want your sled at 8250... Or anywere from 8100-8300.. whatever you feel it pulls best
 
pro rmk hits the rev limiter at 8450 to 8500 rpm..they will run best between 8200-8300..but you really have to watch because if you unload the track for any reason it will hit the limiter and bog....I normally set mine up to hold 8200....also..you cannot use the guage to read rpm...it wont read as fast as the motor revs..use the memory recall and watch it closely...

umm..that doesnt work..you cannot get a pipe on a 2 stroke hot enough on a dyno to match real world on the hill results..we have tried..easy enough to try yourself as well...have spent a lot of time clutchiing these cfi motors..just what I have found to work for me...
