RPM stays high on trail?

Went for a ride last weekend. -15c on the ride down my sled seemed to stay reved on the trail. If i was half throttle or so and let of it would take 5-8 seconds to rev down? If i hit the brake it would slow it down. as long as i had the brake on. Its an 07 m8 with an slp pipe kit,BDX intake and attitude fuel controller. My clutching is a yellow/white primary spring with 69 grams. orange spring in secondary with a 42/36 helix and high torque rollers. When it was wormer out it never seemed to do it? And the throttle was not sticking cause i checked the flipper and push it back when it was doing it to make sure?

Any input would be great!

Is one clutch getting hotter than other. Sounds like the secondary isn't shifting, If you dont' have one, get a shift assist. or your primary is binding because of a loose ramp or bad roller. check for broken springs to. But is definitely sounds like a clutch bind of some kind.

It has a shift assist and all rew rollers!! It never did it when it was warm just cold?

Is it possible you are a little on the lean side and the motor is not wanting to idle down right away because of that. If everything is free and working properly, a lean condition my be something to look at given the cold weather conditions. If it does it again, try boosting your lower numbers to see if it goes away.
