Roscoe's Restaurant @ TML

Billy, that burger you made for me the other night was fantastic. Of course all your food is. Oh yea, the cherry pie.:tea::face-icon-small-hap

As far as being open?? Man that's a tough call. You have to survive, and this season is not being very helpful. We were set to come up Sunday and ride in the morning and eat lunch with you. After seeing NO snow we opted to hit the Flattops (which were medicore at best still).

I hope snow picks up soon, for your well being and your Families.:pray: You and Mark have been a Blessing at TML. It is really enjoyable to make a day or even weekend out of it. Unfortunately the snow does play into the equation, and really dictates YOUR lively hood.

We are praying and doing our snow dance every day. We will see you soon.:face-icon-small-win:face-icon-small-hap

Billy and I have had long discussions over this. Our original plan was to be very consistent with our open times as that was probably the biggest concern we heard about the previous owners. Things change though, and with the incredably low snow conditions we will be closed on Mon., Tues., and Weds., until the snow hits. Last year it was no problem being open all week but this year is quite different. So, Roscoe's will be open Thurs., thru Sunday until further notice. Come on Blizzard! Thanks, Mark

i sure wish you would hurry up and get some more snow up there Mark so I can test my TPro.:face-icon-small-fro:face-icon-small-coo Hard to do in this stuff they call snow now.:face-icon-small-con

I am a rookie to this Colorado scene, but we all know that this is not an "every other year" thing with the snow (it better not be!!!!). I am reading posts from people who have lived in the area for their life and some are saying this is the least amount of snow they can ever remember. This is obviously not something that anybody thought would happen. Therefore, I do not blame a seasonal business for changing with the season, or lack thereof.

And I will be there Jan 30 snow or no snow. I can only hope that my friends (snorider075 and TML Studhorse) will forgive me for bailing on them this past week and will accompany me.

Annual snow fall will end up in the norm when it is all said and done...it will just all come slamming down in a one month period.

Damn, if thats the case I should have purchased a 163" track! I'm ok with being stuck frequently if that's the sacrifice for snow!

I just wanted to thank everyone for understanding our decision to do what we need to do to survive up here on the Mesa while there is no snow. Once the snow starts falling and we start getting busy, we WILL have a larger menu and do our best to accomodate everyone.

BTW, Big Will - Tebow IS in the playoffs as an NFL Quarterback. :face-icon-small-hap

Finally, The Grand Mesa received a solid 12" of perfect Colorado Champagne Powder in the lot yesterday. Looks like it could start snowing again any minute. Sholuld have 2-3 feet in the backcountry. Photo's to follow later today!

We will be back on thursday unless I hear from someone that is looking for POWDER and FOOD. 970-309-7045
