Just ordered my first AR-15 with a 20" barrel from them and I hear good things about these guns. Anyone been around any RRA firearms if so what did you think of them? Any ways springs a coming and the prairie dogs had a very easy winter but are gonna have a really bad spring LOL !!!!!!!!

i did not buy a RRA but i did out fit my Remington AR 15 with a lot of the goodies they supply and i can tell you it is top notch...get the scope mount you will love it ....

My group of buddies have about 12 rock river lowers between all of us.

We love them.

We've been buying our upper rifle kits from Del-ton and they've been great!

You'll be happy, RRA makes some nice stuff!! I've got a couple DPMS's and love them.

I have had one for a couple years. I like the 2 stage trigger on them. Mine has never skipped a beat in probably 1500 rounds.

Bought one about 7 years ago with a stainless bull barrel, never had a single issue with it. Easy sub MOA 5 shot groups with hornady v-max ammo. Kinda heavy though.

I took it on a hog hunt with my dad and we had some hogs come in at about 75-80 yards. I wanted a little one for the BBQ and told him if that little one stops I'm gonna ear-hole'em. He said yeah right. The little one stopped and the bullet went in the ear-hole and out the jaw. Meat damage - 0. I love mine.

Great to hear all the good reveiws on these guns. Just can't wait to get mine in!!!:face-icon-small-hap

They are a lot of fun. I just found out that my DPMS "panther" is on the list of banned AR's in cali...all because it says panther on the lower. The newer DPMS lowers don't have the brand and are perfectly legal...otherwise they are identical.

I really hate this state sometimes.

I have another question, who has put the conversion kit on to make theirs into a 22lr Looks like there are a few different companies out there that make this kit and it would cost me the same to do this or buy a 10-22. just wondering what brand you have used and what kinda luck are you having with them as far as the misfires and jams?

I picked up a RRA .223 last week. LOVE IT!!!!!
Put a cool grip on the front that splits open into a bipod...and a Nikon m-223 ballistic scope.
Also put on one of those trick levers that lets you operate the magazine and slide drop with your right-hand thumb. Can't remember what that little thing is called...but it's perfect.

Have put about 130 round through it so far....REALLY LOVE IT!!!

Need one of those dual drum 100 round clips now.
ALSO need a brass deflector or something to catch brass. Can't find half of it.

Saw one of these on TV last night for bump firing....Might have to try it out before ATF takes it away: (watch the video)

I bought their CAR-A4 gun, 16" barrel .... not the tactical version, and put an Eotech holo sight on it.

Nice gun. I have fun shooting it. Been using Fiochi 62g .223 in it. You can shoot 556 or 223 in that gun too which is nice.

Slidefire is a cool product...looking strongly at them.
FreeAgent said hers has a dial so the stock length is adjustable and you can set it to a single, 3, 5-shot burst or the desired continuous!!! NOW THAT IS SOMETHING I COULD HANDLE!!!

There is also the Fostech. All aluminum. They do cost more. Drawback is that the stock is no longer adjustable.

BTW.....here's mine.

3 clips, two 30 round clips and a 60.
Bad lever,
Nikon m223, 4x-12x scope
Foregrip that opens into a bipod
Butler Creek sling
BlackHawk! soft case

SO FAR I LOVE THE CRAP OUT OF IT!!!
Hitting melon sized rocks at 450yds. HAHA. GOOD STUFF!!!!!

Scott, very nice gun you have there. I finally got the call today that mine is in I will post pictures as soon as I get it!! Scott how do you like that bipod you have. I've been looking at those on ebay, but I already bought a nice one that swivels on the base so you are always straight. Can't wait to go ran threw some rounds with this thing

I like it. Combines two items into one. Great idea.

I have a Harris bipod and these are definitely different.

The stance is naturally narrower.

If i could figure out how to tighten up the tension on the bipod, I'd love it more.

Right now if the ground is uneven, even if its fairly flat, the gun can tip over. Needs too to be tightened.

I'll get some pics of it set up on the bipod.
