Roads around the rabbit ears

Can you drive from Laramie to the rabbit ears all winter long or do they closed the hwys listed below?

HWY 230 to 127 to 125 to 14

The road from Laramie to Walden CO then to Steamboat is Open all Year. It gets hairy some times between Walden and Steamboat Springs but its open.

It's open. But they don't plow between 7pm and 4am.

Found that out the hard way........interesting drive!!!!! My wife and I were doing this the whole way
