RMK 800 idle drops when engine hot

Hello.
I have an RMK 800 2010. When I start the engine, it idles on normal idle speed. But when I have driven a while, it sometimes drops to about 700rpm.
Any tips on what this could be? Someone have told me tps, but I thought I would have the problem on cold eninge also? And someone have told me the EGT exhaust temp sensor could be faulty. I have not read fault codes yet. And also I have no falt codes when riding. The engine seems allright when riding.

I have disabled the safety switch in throttle handle, since I had problems with that one. Going to replace the throttle handle and switch. But I don't think this is the reason?

What does it idle at when cold? Have you had someone check the TPS setting yet?

When I start it up, it idle on about 1650-1700rpm. And it is not everytime the idle drops after I have driven some. But most the time.

I'm thinking maybe a bad connection some place that can make this issue?

My 09 is doing the same thing. Was also told it is the tps, but I havent checked anything yet. A couple years ago the egt sensor went bad but if flashed on the dash. Let us know if you find out what it is.

My 2010 RMK 600 does the same thing, after engine gets hot idle drops way low to a point where i have to just barely keep my thumb on the throttle to keep the sled running. Haven't figured out a reason why yet..

Exhaust temp sensor is most likely bad. Would be cheap insurance to take it to your dealer and have the look at digital wrench. That is expensive gues work and I wouldn't know what the ohms readings should be at operating tempature. Unless you had another sled to compare.

When this season started, the sled was fine with idle. So I thought it was just some electric plug that was moisture, and had dried up during the summer. I sold the sled to a friend of mine, and after some weekends riding, the problem came back. I also have another friend that have the same problem.

We tried changing the exhaust temp sensor, but the problem is still there. The idle drops when the temp is rising on the sled.

Now I wonder if it could be the exhaust solonoid? Can this cause low idle if the valves close/open on idle?

Check the tps. Could have a dead spot in it, or could be tempature change affecting it.

There are now two sleds with the same problem. Both RMk 2010 800.
One of them wont idle at all any more. It startet out with same issue. Idle dropped when it got hot, but now it is always low on idle, and stops.

Had a dealer to check the tps, and adjust this. But problem is still there. And also I checked all the connections I could find. Cleaned them and used electronic cleaning spray an them. But still same problem. Also the pistons looked good, but I only looked on them through the exhaust valves/spark plug opening.

Check your reeds while in there?

I have seen this when the oil cable wasn't connected..

Also.. Normally it's TPS out of wack .. Just need to be adjusted right..

When the tps is adjusted right these sleds will idle at 1950-2000 in warm up mode.. then idle at 1750-1850 when warmed up.. Never going lower then 1650 rpms..

Also your sync screw will have to be adjusted.. Think of how many times that sled has had the throttle pressed in the last 3000 miles...

Do any of these sleds start hard after they are hot and have died? Mine sure does. It's an '09 700 Turbo. I just had the TPS checked and set. The problem persists. Before and after having my dealer set the TPS, I have had an EGT flash code. Funny thing is that the Digital Wrench never picked up an EGT code when they had it hooked up for the TPS. Have you guys got it figured out? Any help would be appreciated.
