RKT 14.1 Low Elev.

Alright as you know I run a RKT 14.1 DI kit and SLP pipe and can with PCV. Wondering if the 14.1 head and 100LL is safe to run at 1000'? I have a good map for up high, but not for down low. Just used a SLP stage 4 base map for break in. Don't want to carry a computer with me. Has anybody used the autotune and how good does that work? I know I put a few miles on it down low with the low elev stage 4 map but that was to make sure I nothing was wrong before a trip.

Real question, is this safe and do-able?

I run a 13.6 head at 1800-2200 with 30% 110 without issues so you should be fine at 50/50 or more.

if your using the SLP stage 4 map be sure to add fuel at 8000-8500 rpm's

How much fuel would u recommend adding with a 14:1 setup at that elevation? Also, would you recommend to leave the stage 4 map the way it is if you're riding 6000'+?

Rev 2 kit calls for 18-20% more fuel from 8000-8500. But i'm assuming you have a rev 1.

I had a rev 1 w/ stock and 14:1 domes. Ran that w/o a fuel controller since my sled is a 12. Only tried my sled with the 14:1 domes a bit in the yard before loading for trips @ 1200ft. Didn't have any det issues.

I would just carry out the pattern of your fuel numbers to 8500 I run mine out to 9000 as I run a 60shot of boss noss and don't want it lean if I over rev it some. On the 12's I've found the bottom end is a bit fat but mid and top seem good
I have a rev 1 drop in with 13:1 and slp pipe

I already had did that before I took it out for break in. Just left the map alone and didn't have any DET issues. But not sure how far off the map is.

I believe I have the Rev 1.
