RK Tek 827 kit for Skidoo 800?

Riley i was up there last weekend when you were there and i was just wondering if you ever tried running your stock pipe and can as RKT recommends? We will be up there again this weekend if your interested on meeting us up there!

Right on man!!! Glad you found this thread and posted that. I was kicking myself after we left for not getting you and your friends e-mail/phone or something. Anybody with the patience to pull an enclosed trailor and spend all day tuning/riding trying new stuff is somebody I would want on my side!! Going up tomorrow to put some more miles on and hopefully start getting this thing dialed in. Have to work this weekend but I have 2 weekends off a month so we'll have to hook up for sure.

ya let me know and i'll bring my 827 up and compare! I know mine is in the zx chassis but it runs well! It just takes a little time to find the right set-up. and the only way yuo can find it is to try different things.

Well said. When I first installed the kit I wanted someone to tell me exactly what I needed to do and then just go ride but when it comes right down to it a guys just got to start playing around and see what works for him....

RKT kit for 800

Hey there guys, just curious if anyone is running the 827 kit by RK Tek in their Summit 800? Reliable? Would it be worth it? How about the billet head for it? Application is a 2004 800 Summit. Any info would be greatly appreciated!

I have their 820 kit for sale if you are interested, removed it from my 03 when I decided to sell the sled. This is their mountain kit and will run on pump gas also has their porting, head kit and modified raves.
