Rk tec head or e key?

I'm running a 2011 m8 with a twisted r/g turbo. I put a rk tec head set up on it and was wanting to know do I need a e key anymore? I'm running strait av gas and want to know what max boost is safe at 4-8000ft and if I run the e key what can I get away with...I'm told not to run it with the head.
Just looking for a safe level to run it at.
 
Sorry to hijack your thread but I'm from Alberta a wondering where you bought your kit and had it installed as I am interested in buying one but can't find a dealer and not sure I want to deal with customs sending my head to shain thanks Ryan
 
Get ahold of mad Motorsports. He can build you a turbo. He really knows his stuff and takes no short cuts. Wish I would have got him to do it the first time.
 
boost- you should be good for 10 psi

i have 09 Twisted extreme m8, straight avgas, 10 psi, no det, 4-8k
save your $$ with e- key they give you zero additional HP just retards timing
waste of $$$
 
I removed the e key and added the rk tec head, running av and at this point 9lbs and pulls nicely. Have to ride and play with it more, still a fresh motor so im going to take it easy for a few rides...just wanted to know where everyone was at with fuel and boost. Thanks
