I have a 2" AMP riser on my VSB bars and that's not nearly high enough for my liking (and I'm only 5' 10" tall). Fastlane makes a steering post that is 4" higher than stock but, you lose the adjustability with the VSB bars. I'll be watching to see what answers you get.
