Hey does anyone know if they still let people sled the nordic area on stevens pass when they close? And if so, is it when just the nordic area closes or is it when the whole ski operation on stevens pass closes?

From what I understand they will be open till the 23rd or 24th of
April. The way things are melting (The Fish Lk Sno-Park and Chiwawa River road are bare) it might be a long ride on a gated dirt road up
Mill Valley before you hit snow.

The last couple of years (with snow on the ground) it has opened when the ski area closed. I understand it to be tied only to the ski area schedule, not the Nordic area, but it possible they are they are the same I suppose.

According to the Stevens Pass website the last day of operations will be 4/24 (tentative) which would mean 4/25 would be open to sledding on the backside.
