riding in Crested Butte CO.

I have herd some good stuff about Crested Butte!!! anybody ride there often? I am thinking about heading there this winter thinking early January?

The terrain there is the best I've found.

The only thing I didn't like about CB... I don't live close enough to it.

Stay in Gunnison about 25 miles from Crested Butte. Cheaper, no ski crowds, and great steaks.

Too bad your looking at wilberness in the distance, but what BCIL shows is just behind my left shoulder!

As a matter of precaution, its not the sort of place you go wondering around without some avy education and equipment !

Mtn-doo will hook you up. I am sure I will be out at least 2-3 times in January, we could make it a party !
