Riding from Entiat

I was considering buying a place in Entiat. Question for you guys over on that side? How far to good riding area's?

Not far at all some with in 15 min to 45 min depepnding on were you wanna go

I always thought those area's were more sparse with the snowfall compared to the Roslyn, Salmon la sac riding. True/false?

I rode more this year than any other year , we had over the hood fresh almost everytime out this year, it was always up high but thats were we go anyway and hardly nobody up there cause they were told that the snow sucks guess you shouldnt listen to everybody better to find out for urself than sit at home riding the couch. The entiat , lake chelan and the methow are probably the best kept riding areas around.

Sounds awesome. I think everyone in WA and British Columbia had to deal with unusually high snow levels this year. I have a cabin in Easton and normally you can ride right from there (2200 ft) from Dec to March. I only rode from home base 1 or 2 times and had to trailer the rest of the year.

If your on the 97A side there's great riding at the end of Entiat River Road, up over shady pass which gets to the top of stormy mountain and devils backbone. Its a great spot for April riding too. Entiat's only 20 minutes from the Chelan riding areas as well. You'll also be less than an hour from Blewit pass.
