I have an opportunity to transfer to Logan for my job. I live in Washington and am seriously considering moving for snowmobiling opportunities. How is the riding around Logan? how far of a drive is it to riding locations. thanks

There is some awesome riding in the region. I love riding Tony Grove, plus you are close(er) to Afton and Island Park. People are great in Cashe Valley too.

I'm sure you cant go wrong moving to Logan for riding. There are plenty of great riding areas there, and within an hours drive at most of down town.

I'd move....

15 to Providence
20 to hardware ranch
30 to tony grove
31 to Franklin
32 to beaver/eagan
33 sincs
45 Bloomington
And i think 40 to cub river...
Minutes More or less...

I grew up just north of Logan I would not live anywhere else.

I have tried other places to ride and keep looking at what is in my back door and feel sorry for everyone else.

Just to add the comments, I leave my house in Logan and can be unloading between 30-40 to some world class riding. I ride in Wyoming, Central/Southern Idaho Etc. and I still consider Logan to have some of the best riding in the entire West. Feel free to PM me in you want some more info. I spent 5 days last week in the mountains, I have a decent idea how the riding is :)

I guess your phone don't work on the mountain... My phone didn't ring :face-icon-small-dis

The riding sucks! Theres never any snow! The air quality is horrible!! And to top it off no hard alcohol on sundays!! My advise just steer clear of the cache valley area ;)
