riding area?

I live in Wisconsin and im looking at coming out west to mostly back country riding and deep powder as well as some trail riding, but never be out west and am looking for some help on where to go state, town, etc. ...thanks

We have a group from west of the fox valley that goes out to dubois/togwotee every year. There is some nice lodging in the area and great riding.
