Careful about vail, they enforce snow minimums pretty hard.
They (Forest Service/Vail Task Force) are not up there yet.
Just please refrain from tearing up the hill right off the freeway and exposing dirt...
Seems to happen every year. And we continue to wonder why we have issues...

sounds to me like your half the problem just assuming im going to go rip the **** out of the mountain cause i want to ride my sled early. road around 15miles today on a snow covered dirt road WITHOUT KILLING ONE WEED THAT WASN'T ALREADY DORMANT! i didnt go to vail but thx for the heads up

Wasn't necessarily directed at you specifically, just in general (or to whoever does the damage).
And I don't see why me suggesting something like that would be causing a problem.
Obviously someone needs to hear it if the hill gets torn up each year at this time..
Granted "they" probably DGAF what I or anyone else has to say on the matter, and it may aggravate the person..but thats a pretty backwards way of blaming me. Individuals need to be responsible for their actions.
I and every other snowmobiler has to deal with the image the rest of our community puts upon us. Unfortunately many individuals don't have to deal with their own consequences, our whole group (snowmobiling society) does.
