Yha, I think you were right. Ambulance chasing lawyers.
The lawsuits are because people tip them over and get a limb crushed. The doors and a warning sticker were added too late, so it's admission of guilt. Whaaaa!

Yamaha Rhino Lawsuits - Limbs Crushed When Rhinos Roll
Updated February 22, 2008
Yamaha Rhino ATV's are prone to cause injuries to drivers and passengers when rollovers occur,
a common occurrence in ATV's driven off road (
common occurance, so buyer is aware) and even on flat surfaces. Rollovers, also called tipovers, can crush arms and legs between the ATV and the ground when drivers or passengers are not securely restrained.
Our law firm is prepared to represent you if you have been injured when a Rhino ATV rolled over.
We are ready to call on a leading ATV industry expert to testify against Yamaha when needed. (
No doubt, a piece of excriment who is well paid for his testimony)
If you have been injured while driving or riding in a Yamaha Rhino all terrain vehicle then please contact our attorneys right away. You might receive financial compensation and we can help. Call 800-821-1242 or complete the form located on this page.
The problem with many of Yamaha's Rhino ATV's is that the Rhino was manufactured and sold without doors. Even when drivers and passengers are restrained with the factory installed devices, arm and legs still fall outside the vehicle during a rollover and can be crushed between the frame and the ground.
Realizing the danger posed by selling Rhinos without doors, Yamaha will now install doors on older models at no charge and has added a warning label to new Rhinos telling buyers of this potential hazard. Unfortunately this warning and offer came after severe and crippling injuries occurred and many of the vehicles are still in use today without any added safety features.
ATV rollovers, or tipovers, often result from driving on a flat surface (
That is the most retarded statement ever. Heck, mine will tip over sitting in the garage, go figure?) when drivers and passengers feel they are relatively safe. The vehicles do not need to be driven at high speeds to
fall on their side.
(Yeah, the just "fall" on their side with no input from operator)
Attorneys at The Law Offices of J. Robert Davis can help if you were in a Yamaha Rhino accident and received injuries. A free case review takes only minutes of your time and costs you nothing. Just call 800-821-1242 or use the form located on this page.
I stand by my scumbag ambulance chasing lawyer remark. These are the ones that give lawyers a bad image. (There really are good ones out there!)
