What's with these scumbag ambulance chasing lawyers trying to get Rhino owners to
sue Yamaha?

Any "good" lawyer shouldn't have to resort to these tactics.

And where's the unexpected danger with these?

I've yet to tip mine, but if I do, I'll guarendamntee it will be my fault, not Yamaha's!

Iv'e had mine on some pretty steep hills with out tipping. did you get your free doors? I think mainly the prob are in the dunes. Last year in glamis 2 passengers were killed 1 hour apart in different accidents, i think they were children and at least one was wearing seat belt.

damn near killed myself on the dunes at little sahara in a rhino a few months back. But, the thing wasn't set up for it.

I've seen a few guys roll em in reverse when turning too fast with it still in 4wd.

Same here. I got buddies who run them pretty hard and they havent had a single prob as far as tipping them yet. Ive seen Rhinos get pushed very hard and i havent seen one tip yet on its own. Ive seen other side by sides tip though..

Those two accidents where those people died. Instead of a Rhino they were in how about if they were in lets say a Ranger or a Prowler...would lawyers want people to start sewing Cat or Polaris? ... i dunno.

Pictures? more details please

Probably, Andy, but there's 10:1 more Rhinos than other side by sides out there. So, that makes them more prominent in the news. They were also the first.

I would say that yamaha has a lot more coin then cat and poo. i think they are the narrowist and have the smallest roll cage

so if someone dies in a toyota camry should we sue toyota? You can die walking across the street, It's sad when someone dies, but it's just ther time

If you are referencing the roll over in reverse, its rather easy to do. Have it in 4wd, get up to a fairly high rate of speed in reverse, and turn the wheel.

I personally did it on a grizzly, thought it was out of 4wd but it wasn't. Felt very retarded afterwards.

Have yet to see one roll over in any "normal" situations though, and we've pushed them pretty hard.

Yha, I think you were right. Ambulance chasing lawyers.

The lawsuits are because people tip them over and get a limb crushed. The doors and a warning sticker were added too late, so it's admission of guilt. Whaaaa!

thats retarded...if i roll my sled and hurt myself can i sue BRP for not makin the ski stance wide enough so it wont flip over on a steep hill? it is no differnt than some idiot rolling a 4wheeler, sled, motorcycle etc and injuring themselves...all i have to say is stupid hurts....

th only way i could really see these cases going somewhere waas if the owner of the rhino said they were using it for the "recomendded use" and it rolled unexpectedly or something...??

We had 2 Rhinos, did some pretty crazy stuff, front wheels up pulling hills, NOT yamahas prob if we get hurt we know better, but it is still he!!a fun!! Got the stupid stickers, laughed a little and rode hard, thats what they/ we do..

Yamaha Rhino Lawsuits - Limbs Crushed When Rhinos Roll
Updated February 22, 2008
Yamaha Rhino ATV's are prone to cause injuries to drivers and passengers when rollovers occur, a common occurrence in ATV's driven off road (common occurance, so buyer is aware) and even on flat surfaces. Rollovers, also called tipovers, can crush arms and legs between the ATV and the ground when drivers or passengers are not securely restrained.

Our law firm is prepared to represent you if you have been injured when a Rhino ATV rolled over. We are ready to call on a leading ATV industry expert to testify against Yamaha when needed. (No doubt, a piece of excriment who is well paid for his testimony)

If you have been injured while driving or riding in a Yamaha Rhino all terrain vehicle then please contact our attorneys right away. You might receive financial compensation and we can help. Call 800-821-1242 or complete the form located on this page.

The problem with many of Yamaha's Rhino ATV's is that the Rhino was manufactured and sold without doors. Even when drivers and passengers are restrained with the factory installed devices, arm and legs still fall outside the vehicle during a rollover and can be crushed between the frame and the ground.

Realizing the danger posed by selling Rhinos without doors, Yamaha will now install doors on older models at no charge and has added a warning label to new Rhinos telling buyers of this potential hazard. Unfortunately this warning and offer came after severe and crippling injuries occurred and many of the vehicles are still in use today without any added safety features.

ATV rollovers, or tipovers, often result from driving on a flat surface (That is the most retarded statement ever. :rolleyes:Heck, mine will tip over sitting in the garage, go figure?) when drivers and passengers feel they are relatively safe. The vehicles do not need to be driven at high speeds to fall on their side. (Yeah, the just "fall" on their side with no input from operator)

Attorneys at The Law Offices of J. Robert Davis can help if you were in a Yamaha Rhino accident and received injuries. A free case review takes only minutes of your time and costs you nothing. Just call 800-821-1242 or use the form located on this page.

I stand by my scumbag ambulance chasing lawyer remark. These are the ones that give lawyers a bad image. (There really are good ones out there!)

This is a good example of the reason why manufacturer's cant give consumer's what they ask for, as soon as they do, a lawyer has a case and get's a new boat and a Rolex
You smoke for 30 years and get cancer, it cant be your fault
Do donut's on pavement with your Rhino and it's not your fault when it tip's

This Lawsuit crap is not just Yamaha it's Prowler's and Razor's etc

Hey, I'm gettin fat, do i sue the ice cream maker?, the couch manufacturer or RCA for making my big screen TV??
