Interesting..........
As Bubba said, in 4 years of business there, i have rarely had any negative issues. When I have, i fairly discussed it with the proper people, service, parts or sales and it was ALWAYS resolved to my satisfaction.
I have owned 13 sleds and been to 8 different dealers where I have lived. I rank Rexburg Motor Sports as one of the top I have ever done business with, why, I dont know, I am no-one special, but I treat them with respect, ask fairly of them, don't try to hide something I DID, and don't use profanity at them. Many times I have waited there while some jackazz punk swore, screamed and belittled the workers there like it was their fault, one jerk happened to bring his XP in with a primary clutch that was in pieces but he was still riding it, and blames the service people!! That dumazz knew damn well and good what was wrong and then played dumb while pinning his XP WOT and then blames the service department for his stoopidty and wants the service people to go get a full clutch off a floor model for him, WTF!
I sincerely believe one of these responses to this thread might be that jackazz.
My point is, you treat them fairly, and you will receive the same.
Sure they as all dealers get duds as employees, but I see the management as extremely proactive as is evidenced by their change in employees, and the betterment of the new employees. This happens with all such huge dealerships.
Bottom line, I rate Rexburg Motor Sports as one of the BEST snowmobile dealers around.
