Awesome pictures as always and very jealous after riding the concrete and ice around here.

Quick question that I figured you guys would have good answers to since you go to Canada often. After Christmas my family and I are headed up to the Kamloops area and I was wondering what things I needed to get in order to make crossing the border as hassle free as possible and what kind of registration/parking permits to look into so we are ready.

You probably have had 20 PM's on this but the easiest thing is to get an "enhanced Drivers License". $15 bucks, take your birth cert, proof of address, standard license with you to a DOL office. Only certain DOL offices are set up to facilitate the "enhanced license" issuing. (did mine in Wenatchee) Takes a couple hrs "hangin" with the govt happy folks and you're good.

btw, you can cross the border once with the temporary "enhanced along w/birth cert". I just did it.........and you can to!

Above already covered the "identity" issue. Make sure you have all current registrations on truck, sled, trailer. Insurance proof on vehicles. No fruit! lol I am not sure about the Kamloops area trail pass system. Inquire locally or you might google to see if there are sledding clubs up there that sell passes ie like Revelstoke's club does.
