Rev limiter setting?

Is there a way to raise ur rev limiter setting? I posted a question earlier about over revving and added weight to my clutches. Running 68g and it went away (thanks to your input)but I'm only pulling 7900 rpm. If I lighten it up at all it over revs and bogs. Just wondering if my rev limiter is possibly set to low. I don't know if this is even possible or likely. Or is there a possibility that I'm actually pulling good rpms but my gauge is inaccurate? Does the rev limiter work off of the gauge or is it independent from it?

same but too high

I can pull 8450 with stock weights and still have not hit rev limiter, my question is same as above about limiter running off gauge???

Have u tried an adjustable weight? Took some messin around with mine but I
Got it workin awesome now

As far as I know the rev limiter is independent from the gauge.

I have adjustable weights and can make it run without bogging but it's only recording between 7900&8000 rpm. And that is obviously not in the best power range, so just wownderin if the gauge could be that far off or rev limiter set to low. Idk.
