rev limiter question

my tach is stuck at 5 grand on my apex due to a severe crash.
i was just wondering if my rev limiter is going to be affected by this?
reason im asking is cause i cant get it to bounce off the rev limiter anymore. i turn the boost right up and she wont bounce? plus i blew a belt wich is odd!

NO.. The new belt is what is keeping you from not hitting the rev limiter.

even with the old belt it wouldnt but if the tach does not need to be functional in order for the rev limiter to work then i guesse ive just got to much helix....thanx thats all i needed to know
