Resistor?

I picked up a 09 RMK Shift yesterday, and noticed a resistor in the bag with all the books. Does anyone know what this is for? I cant seem to find any info. Thanks

the resistor is for ethanol/nonethanol fuel....on the clutch guard, under the black plastic cover you will find a wire harness pigtail at the end of it will be another plug..one is for ethanol fuel /one is for non ethanol fuel.........

I guess I need to change mine out to the NON-ETHAN plug. I wont be putting that stuff in. Thanks
