The Evol X's that I just put on measured ~17.2" c-c (box says 17.3"). The Walker Air's that I pulled measure 17" c-c.


These are on an '08 800 155.

would love to put a set of z-bros on my d-8, but with all the engine/electrical problems, i don't ride it any more because of the rat hole places i go that towing isn't an option...perhaps if poo comes out with a bonafide fix to the 8s problems, i'll go for the suspension mods....'till then, i'll ride my 1000....

Anyone know why the evol R's are classified as mountain only and the evol X's are race, trail and mountain? I will prolly contact fox anyways for an answer

does anyone know the difference between the zbros exit x-0 and x-1 shocks?? why the x-1's couple hundred more???

the X-1's have compression adjustment

I'd look real hard at the WE needle shocks from TCP or SLP... Awesome price on a super premium shock.

I put WE needles on my 09 D8 155 and love them. Mountainhorse pointed me in that direction. Thanks MH
